Delivery & Returns

  1. We replace products if they contain a manufacturing defect or are damaged during the shipping process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@electrikkart.com.
  2. Our policy lasts 48 Hours (2 Days) for "Damage during shipping process". If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange of a product
  3. Our policy lasts 30 days for "Manufacturing defect" . If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange of a product
  4. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  5. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    •  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
